Yes. BEFO only changes documented Windows settings, saves the original value first and creates a restore point before the first change. You can switch any tweak off or press Undo all.
Settings like services, power plans and system policies can only be changed by an administrator. Without it BEFO could only read your settings.

Yes, BEFO supports Windows 10 and Windows 11. Tweaks that only exist on one version are skipped on the other.
Mostly BEFO makes games steadier and smoother: fewer stutters and drops, better 1% lows. Average FPS usually goes up 0–15 %, more on weaker PCs. A safe overclock adds about 5–10 % on a healthy graphics card. No software can honestly promise +50 FPS, and BEFO shows the realistic numbers for your own PC.

Game Boost is temporary and never touches your antivirus, Discord or Steam. It closes apps you picked and pauses a few Windows services while you play. When you stop it, or close the game, everything goes back. If your PC restarts mid-boost, BEFO restores everything on the next start.
Open BEFO, go to Premium, type the code (BEFO-XXXX-XXXX) under "Redeem a code" and press Redeem. A beta code works once per PC.
